SUPPLY
Three levels of guaranteed power system:
  • Level I - power supply from two independent substations with 2 x 800 kVA capacity
  • Level II - three independent UPS systems with total capacity of over 480 kVA
  • Level III - three automatic generators ( with fuel supply up to 24 hours) with over 450 kVA capacity
System consists of Lovato Automatic Power Switches (APS), behind which Fogo generators are placed with IVECO and John Deere drive units.

Customer equipment is galvanically isolated from external power supply, as its power is supplied through General Electric's "on-line" UPS devices, where both the mains current and draws from batteries (in case of power failure), undergoes double conversion on transformer-rectifier systems, and on an inverter-inverter system).
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
All server rooms have air conditioning This is an MDV and Fujitsu inverter ducted air conditioning system with over 325 kW of heat pump capacity and warm air extractors.

Temperature of 22o Celsius +/- 3o is maintained on server rooms. Server rooms are equipped with technical raised floors with anti-electrostatic coating.
ACCESS CONTROL AND SECURITY
Electronic access control system, alarm installation, physical security, monitored fire system, CCTV. Physical security consists of Roger access control system, Siemens and Satel alarm systems, and fire detection system using optical and temperature sensors.

Server rooms are also equipped  fire extinguishing system, extinguishing with flame choking gases (FM-200).
DATA BACKHAUL SECURITY
Datahouse data centre provides 3 independent fibre connections to our nodes located at traffic exchange points. Connectivity is provided by two geographical routes. At data layer, Cisco Inc. solutions based on Catalyst type network switches and Extreme Networks solutions are used.

Protocol layer is based on Juniper Networks' solutions through using dynamic routing protocols implemented in M-Class routers. Using the BGPv4 dynamic routing protocol for inter-operator connections as well as in internal connections ensures both redundancy and selection of shortest packet routes.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE ACCESS
Key elements of good colocation are central network location, reliability and redundancy. DataHouse. pl is located in the eTOP network system (AS 20853) and this is provided through direct fibre-optic connections of 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps with domestic, foreign operators and traffic exchange points. Internet access is provided based on traffic exchange using the BGP protocol. We also have direct operator contacts to resources of multiple operators.

We offer also rental of optical fibres for data transmission and Internet access using cable [Warsaw and surroundings].

Service and server monitoring
Monitoring of devices and services uses software from producer Manage Engine Inc. with both SNMP and specific service monitoring capabilities, and using a terminal logging mechanism. Proprietary solutions monitoring other service elements such as environmental parameters, power supply, availability, physical access are also used.
Backups
Customer data backup and storage system, based on access to NAS arrays. Everything concerning the making and storing of backups is usually agreed with the customer. Parameters relating to the services, such as the amount of data storage space, frequency of backups, duration of storage, type of optical media, frequency and method of delivery of backups, e.g. to customer premises, are all carried out according to the specifications received from customers.
